Terms of Service for Lathios Discord Bot

1. Service description

Lathios Discord Bot is a Discord bot integration used by the Lathios community to publish notifications about streams and public social media posts in configured Discord channels.

2. Authorized accounts

Social media accounts must be registered or authorized by permitted users. TikTok accounts authorize access to Lathios Discord Bot through TikTok Login Kit before public videos are checked.

3. Acceptable use

Users must not use Lathios Discord Bot for spam, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized access, or any activity that violates Discord, TikTok, X, Twitch, Kick, or other platform policies.

4. TikTok integration

Lathios Discord Bot uses TikTok Login Kit and approved TikTok scopes only to identify an authorized TikTok account and read its public videos for Discord notification purposes.

5. No content modification

Lathios Discord Bot does not publish content to TikTok, modify TikTok accounts, or perform account management actions. It only reads approved public information required for Discord notifications.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated as Lathios Discord Bot evolves. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.
